A 1.5 hour virtual session where Chawnie formulates your customized birth plan. This session covers education on what to expect at your birth, possible interventions that may come up, and education on each intervention. This birth planning process empowers birthers to make educated decisions during the birth process and have the knowledge and tools they need to advocate for themselves no matter what may come up during birth. This is a great tool to take to your care providers so everyone is on the same page. Having this plan makes it easier for your care team to cater to your specific needs based on your personal wishes. I highly recommend a birth plan in hospital and birth center births.
